The existing  bridge has structural problems and can no longer support vehicular traffic….the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors has recently caved to empassioned pleas of a small custom jerseys number of inconvenienced people, and decided 4.1.9 to, at great expense to County 2007 taxpayers, replace this bridge with flanks some kind of temporary structure that will be able to support cars (but not the trucks, fire engines and rescue vehicles that were the center be of much of the histrionics at public hearings cheap ray bans in front of the Board of Supervisors).

How about a fake ray bans conversation on leaving the old bridge where it is & making it into a pedestrian park?

Here’s an image of the doomed bridge along with my rig, about to make the treacherous crossing in 2005 on the final day of my transAm trip.  This was an electric moment, 4500+ miles on the clock and less than cheap oakleys sunglasses 10 miles to go (at this point, pulling BOB up the climb between Wake Advance Mills and Rt 29 was a non wholesale Jerseys issue.)

For the time being warsztaty… the bridge remains a viable cycling link for those willing to endanger themselves in making the crossing.  Pedestrians and fisherpeople also enjoy the bridge under its current W, configuration.  And I bet some of the people who live in the area enjoy the reduced traffic flow that results from the closure.
